At Studio Khaas, we aim to deliver premium fashion products with exceptional quality. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for any purchases.

  • Only replacement of products is allowed, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • If your product is eligible for a replacement, we will process it once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Replacement requests will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

2. Replacement Eligibility

An order is eligible for replacement if:

  • An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you (i.e., it does not match your order confirmation email).

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged.

  • The defect/damage is documented via clear photographs or an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

3. Replacement Request Process

If your order meets the above criteria:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
    a) Order Number
    b) Delivery Address
    c) Reason for replacement
    d) In case of a defective or incorrect product, attach clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

4. Product Condition for Replacement

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, or tampering will not be accepted for replacement.
