Only replacement of products is allowed, subject to the conditions outlined below.

If your product is eligible for a replacement, we will process it once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Replacement requests will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
2. Replacement Eligibility
An order is eligible for replacement if:

An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you (i.e., it does not match your order confirmation email).

The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged.

The defect/damage is documented via clear photographs or an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
3. Replacement Request Process
If your order meets the above criteria:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
a) Order Number
b) Delivery Address
c) Reason for replacement
d) In case of a defective or incorrect product, attach clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
4. Product Condition for Replacement

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Products that show signs of wear, washing, or tampering will not be accepted for replacement.
