At Studio Khaas, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and within the promised timelines.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 7 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Time: 20 business days

  • Shipping Charges: Free for all domestic orders.

  • Most orders are delivered within 10 business days, but this may vary depending on product availability, customization, and festive/holiday seasons.

  • The estimated dispatch time for each product will be displayed on its product page at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 10 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Time: 18 business days

  • Shipping Charges: Flat INR 2,500 on all international orders.

  • We partner with trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, and Aramex Express to ensure safe delivery.

  • Most international orders are delivered within 12 business days.

  • For bulk orders (5 or more outfits or total value above INR 1,00,000), shipping costs will be calculated based on the package weight and must be reimbursed by the customer on actuals, as per courier partner’s estimate.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen delays such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier partner disruptions.

  • In such cases, our customer support team will keep you informed of the revised delivery schedule.
